What are lash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibres used to create volume
and extend the length of your natural lash.
What are the lashes made of?
The lashes used are premium synthetic material (nylon based with an organic silk core).
Is the adhesive safe?
Yes. The adhesive is fume free and rapid dry.
How long will my eyelash extensions last?
It is recommended that you come in for a fill every 3-6 weeks to maintain the original look. The fill replaces lashes that have shed and grown out.
Can I swim or go to the spa?
Yes as long as you wait the recommended 24-48 hours after the application.
Can I use a Eyelash Curler?
Not recommended.
Can I wear mascara?
Yes but you should use specifically designed mascaras which formulated just for extensions. Using regular mascaras can compromise the adhesive and cause premature shedding.
Will my natural lash be damaged?
No. Extensions are applied to the natural lash far enough from the base that it does not affect natural lash growth.
Who would not be a recommended candidate for this procedure?
Anyone who has recently been through chemotherapy or suffers from
thrichosis, trichotillomania, or alopecia.
How long is the procedure?
A full set is approx 1.5 hours. If you are getting genuine mink it will be approx
30-60 minuets more.
A fill, depending on how many need to be added, will take up to 1 hour.
Can I remove the extensions myself?
Not recommended. Make an appointment and have them taken off properly to ensure you do not damage your natural lash or eye.
Does the application hurt?
No. Many people actually fall asleep, it is very relaxing.
